No Refunds Policy All packages are non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased.This applies regardless of whether sessions have been used or not .All packages must be used within 2 years of purchase. Unused sessions will expire at the end of this period and cannot be refunded or carried forward. If treatment cannot proceed due to a medical condition diagnosed after purchase, the package will remain valid for the remaining sessions, and the client can rebook at a later date once medically cleared. No refund will be provided in this instance.Non-Transfer ability:Packages are for the named client only and cannot be transferred to another person.Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling:We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being deducted from the package.All packages must be used within 2 years of purchase.
